I would never recommend this place to anyone. I also talked to the owner Paul Carrone & he continues to stand behind his companies dishonest employees and repair procedures. I was also told by the manager of Alfred Mathews (collisions repair department) that they would not complete an estimate that would cause a vehicle to be a total loss he further went on to say that his company will underbid the estimate & get the company to commit to repairs which would cause the insurance comapany to lose thousands of dollars.

I looked at my wrecked vehicle for two minutes & found obvious damages that were overlooked "intentionally" by the Alfred Matthews staff, managers &, insurance adjusters of The Hartford insurance company. Do not take your car here for an insurance claim "if" you want it repaired right or want to assess complete damages before proceeding with repairs. The auto repair manager has dishonest practices and is not qualified to change my tire.
